  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the accuracy of all guest information and reservations
  • Assist with billing and payment processing
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist the serving department if needed
