Tribal opened in September 2021 with a ‘Soft Launch’ of our ‘Co-working’ and ‘Food & Beverage’ Offers only. We are now busily getting everything ready to launch our ‘Accommodation’, ‘Tours’ and ‘Events’ Offers in early2022, as Bali starts to re-open to International Tourism.

We are not going to stop there though! We have BIG plans to expand the Tribal Brand across Bali/Indonesia – and beyond – to reach our Goal of having >5 Assets in 5 years.

This is a super-exciting time to join Tribal, as we gear-up to bring a completely new kind of Travel experience to Bali. Tribal is however a ‘start-up’ company – which means that things can get a little crazy at times! If you are expecting a ‘regular’, ‘standard’ ‘9 to 5’ kind of job then this probably isn’t the one for you. The right candidate for Tribal will be comfortable operating in a start-up environment, meaning they can comfortably start from a ‘blank page’ with no existing ‘way of doing things’. Problem-solving abilities and flexibility to deal with changing and competing priorities will be key – as will excellent Communication skills, both Internal and External.

  1. Senior Sous Chef
  2. Receptionist
  3. Barista

General Qualifications :
  • Have linear educational background with the vacant position.
  • Domicile in Bali.
  • Maximum age 35 years old.
  • Proven experience as Sous Chef for the Senior Sous Chef position.
  • Teamwork, self-motivated, detail-oriented.
  • Good attitude, good personality, cheerful and energetic.
