Cepik Villa Sidemen, managed by AGATA Hospitality Management, a property management company based in Denpasar, is urgently looking for:

Reservations Agent – Full time basis

Job description:
  • Handling guest correspondences via email, OTA messaging, WhatsApp chats, phone calls, etc in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing property content and performance in Online Travel Agents and ensuring perfect property score
  • Using Property Management System (PMS) to manage reservations on a daily basis
  • Regularly updating reservation charts
  • Creating monthly sales reports

Requirements:
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Experience in the Reservations or Front Office departments will be an advantage
  • Age of 20 to 35 years old
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken
  • Hardworking, honest, and reliable
  • Able to perform well as an individual and within a team
  • Able to join immediately
