Munduk Mountain Estate is a unique villa that is best described by the definition of comfort, pleasure, and warmth in a cozy, convivial atmosphere. Located at one of the highest elevations in Munduk, the air is crisp and fresh, and the views are breathtaking. Set over 6000 m2, while vast in proportion, the intricate design of the estate blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings.

We are currently looking for honest and hard-working staff members to join us in permanent positions with the ability to start immediately as:

VILLA MANAGER

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in villa or hotel management
  • Strong food and beverage (F&B) and housekeeping competence
  • Attention to detail in guest product and service delivery
  • Excellent management, operations, maintenance, and administrative skills
  • Problem solver with ideas on how to fix the issue and improve
  • Knowledge and confidence to do spreadsheets, email, and basic accounting
  • Strong English and Indonesian language skills
  • Flexible working hours to fit guest needs

COOK OR CHEF

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience preparing food in a restaurant, hotel, or villa, and/or cook or chef qualification
  • Confidence to create and update menus
  • Attend to the details and presentation
  • Maintain a hygienic and ordered kitchen
  • Have a leadership spirit, are self-starters, and are organized
  • Strong English and Indonesian language skills
  • Flexible working hours to fit guest needs

Gross salaries range from IDR 3 million to IDR 7 million (BPJS and THR included) depending on skills and experience.
